    Collegedale office condos meet growing demand

    The second phase of a $6 million office condominium complex is going up soon in Collegedale as developers see added growth in that area from Volkswagen’s new plant.

    “Today there is a lot of traffic, but when Volkswagen gets into full operation, you’ll see a full change,” Chattanooga developer Larry Armour said.

    The first 14,200 square feet at Parkway Professional Center on Little Debbie Parkway opened in the second half of 2009 with a new office by orthodontist DeWayne McCamish serving as an anchor.
